How do I know my order has been accepted?

Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been successfully placed. The email will also include the estimated processing and delivery times.

I have not received my order confirmation email.

Where will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped to your shipping address provided at the time of payment. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

All navigation SDcards are professionally inkjet printed, fully tested, and guaranteed to be 100% functional before shipping.

How are shipments packaged?

All items are securely packaged in protective bubble envelopes to ensure safe delivery.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped via Airmail Express.

Average delivery times:

• European Union: 6–8 working days

• Rest of the world: up to 14 working days
